What is Onemind®?
Onemind is a comprehensive package designed to integrate those leadership and management disciplines critical to success, encourage new ways of thinking about organisational change, and achieve outstanding results.
There are five levels to Onemind®: the framework, the management interventions, and the surveys, all underpinned by training and accreditation. These form a complete solution to transforming your organisation’s management capability.
You can use any component of Onemind in any order to tackle your priority areas. You do not need to ‘reinvent the wheel’; Onemind provides the strategy, the methodologies and the analysis tools for you to develop your own and your organisation’s management practice so that achieving successful organisation change becomes predicable and reliable.
Onemind Strategic Framework
The Onemind maxims, their supporting text, and the Onemind Improvement Model form a practical knowledge base for both you and your organisation to learn and apply new management concepts, structures and techniques.
Onemind maxims introduce new thinking that pull together the skills, behaviours and professional motivation which underpin effective leadership and management.
The combination of these maxims and the eight categories describing essential techniques, processes and attitudes provide an effective framework to determine the likelihood of delivering successful organisational change.

Management Interventions
The Onemind management interventions comprise the techniques, workshop materials and document templates that support in-house or external ‘consultants’ to facilitate improvement activities that develop your organisation’s management capability. The interventions are centred on five critical themes: governance, planning, business analysis, process design and coaching.
We can facilitate interventions for you or support you doing it for yourselves.
Onemind surveys
We have three types of online 360° surveys.
- A capability survey that gathers information on the project management capabilities of individuals in delivery teams. The survey report supports a follow-up individual coaching session.
- A survey that analyses the maturity of management practices and processes during the life-cycle of projects, programmes and portfolios. The detailed survey report contains recommendations for improvements.
- A survey that evaluates the success of completed individual programmes and projects. The survey report provides evidence on the effectiveness of each management practice.
Each of our surveys can be used on their own or in combination to provide a full performance-monitoring system. Your results can be benchmarked against those of other organisations.
Training
We provide courses in each of the components of Onemind.
Accreditation
We can accredit individuals as Onemind Practitioners and organisations as Accredited Consultancies.
