Onemind® Accreditation Scheme

There are four levels of accreditation for an individual:

• Accredited Onemind® Practitioner
• Accredited Onemind® Practitioner Trainer
• Accredited Onemind® Advanced Practitioner (in up to five specialities)
• Accredited Onemind® Fellow

A Practitioner is entitled to lead a Onemind^® survey. In addition, a Practitioner Trainer is entitled to deliver the Onemind^®Practitioner course. In addition, an Advanced Practitioner is entitled to deliver a management intervention in their accredited speciality. In addition, a Fellow is entitled to deliver a management intervention in all specialities and to deliver the Onemind^® Rethinking Project Delivery course.

There are two levels of accreditation for an organisation:

• Onemind^® Licensee
• Onemind^® Accredited Consultancy

The Onemind^® Licensee is entitled to run the Onemind Surveys. The Onemind^® Accredited Consultancy is entitled to run the Onemind Surveys, facilitate Onemind management interventions, and deliver the Onemind^® Practitioner and Onemind^® Rethinking Project Delivery courses. Any organisation can become accredited.
