The Onemind Improvement Cycle
1. Onemind Review Survey and Report
The online 360° survey assesses a single initiative, ie portfolio, programme or project, and measures the views of a sample of those holding corporate, initiative and business roles. The detailed Onemind Review Report gives the Onemind® and P3M3® ratings for the initiative.

The Onemind Improvement Cycle is underpinned by the Onemind Strategic Framework, which includes the Onemind Improvement Model, and the Onemind Management Interventions.
2. Onemind Review Workshop
After attending this interactive three-hour workshop, initiative executives and managers will understand the implications of the Onemind Review, and will have identified their priorities for improving portfolio, programme and project management.
3. Onemind Improvement Report
The Onemind Improvement Report analyses the results of all the Onemind Reviews and produces departmental, portfolio or organisational Onemind and P3M3 ratings. The report provides essential details of what is being done well and what requires attention across the department or the organisation. Importantly, it also includes clear recommendations for Onemind improvements.
4. Improvement Plan
The Improvement Plan is developed using the recommendations in the Onemind Improvement Report. This can be completed in-house or we can offer this as an optional service.
5. Senior Management Presentation
The endorsement by senior managers of the Onemind Improvement Report findings and Improvement Plan is a critical component in the organisation’s improvement of its portfolio, programme or project management.
6. Improvement Activities
Implementing the Improvement Plan is designed to lift the level of management practices towards your target maturity level.
Periodic re-assessments – every six months – monitor improvements, sustain momentum and maintain focus.
