Our Onemind Review Service

Onemind Review Survey

Our low-cost online survey uniquely measures the management maturity of individual initiatives (portfolio, programme or project) giving accurate results and invaluable information. Using a familiar 360° assessment technique and multiple-choice questions, it has a low-impact on staff time, taking between 30 and 45 minutes to complete.

Our surveys always include an assessment of Maturity Level 1 to avoid giving an over-optimistic maturity assessment and to prevent masking any important differences of outlook between senior managers and the project community.

Onemind Review Report

From the results of the Review survey, a detailed 19-page report on each initiative is generated giving both a Onemind and a P3M3 rating on 1-5 scales. Analysis of the responses to the 26 Onemind management practices and the seven P3M3 process perspectives identifies which initiatives are going well, which need to be improved, and which need to be stopped.

The report also compares and contrasts the views of three essential groups critical to portfolio, programme or project success: corporate stakeholders, the initiative, and the business. This avoids the tendency to over-emphasise the views of people with portfolio, programme or project in their job title.

Each report is accompanied by a full description of the Onemind Improvement Model.
