Onemind Improvement Report

This report analyses the results of all the Onemind Reviews and produces departmental, portfolio or organisational Onemind and P3M3 ratings. The report provides essential details of what is being done well and what requires attention across the department or the organisation. Importantly, it also includes clear recommendations for improvements.

The report highlights the two distinct management journeys, and the significant differences in the activities that senior managers and the project community have to undertake to improve organisational maturity.

When all portfolios, programmes and projects are surveyed, the direct engagement of more staff is possible and a richer picture of achievements and areas of concern emerges

Improvement Plan

Using the Onemind Improvement Report, its recommendations, and the priorities identified in the Onemind Review Workshops, we can draft an Improvement Plan. The Plan can then be finalized to align with other priorities and the availability of resources.

Onemind Outcome Survey and Report

After each programme and project is complete, the Onemind Outcome survey assesses how well the initiative did in terms of time, cost and quality.

The report uses data from the Onemind Outcome Survey, and if available, the Onemind Reviews, to highlight those factors that make a substantial difference to the initiative’s outcomes. This provides an evidence-base for the benefits of portfolio, programme and project management maturity.

Onemind Benchmarking

We maintain a confidential database of all Onemind Reviews completed by all our clients, so that tailored benchmarking against other initiatives, departments and organisations can be provided to suit your requirements.
