Personal Onemind Capability Surveys

Our online 360° surveys assess the portfolio, programme or project management capabilities of your staff. The results highlight their strengths and provide them with insights into how they are perceived by others and how to improve their portfolio, programme or project management practice.

The survey consists of a series of statements describing the portfolio, programme or project capabilities relevant to the role. The candidate and their nominated observers are asked to score to what extent each statement applies to behaviours typical of the candidate.

Personal and confidential feedback coaching sessions are an important part of the capability survey process.

Onemind Capability Survey report

The 18-page report details the findings from the survey and gives the candidate evidence of their management capabilities from multiple perspectives. It highlights strengths and indicates key learning opportunities.

Onemind Capability Feedback Coaching

During the confidential 90-minute feedback session individual candidates can expect to reassess their portfolio, programme or project management capabilities and compare their perceptions with those of their colleagues.

The detailed results in the report encourage candidates to review their strengths while identifying areas for improvement. They will also have the opportunity to begin an individual development plan based on their response to the findings.
