Electronically records 250 responses (or 320 if level 4 is assessed). Calculates four Onemind ratings for eight Onemind Categories and 26 Management Practices, ie 136 Onemind results for one initiative. Calculates four P3M3 ratings for the seven P3M3 Process Perspectives, ie 28 P3M3 results for one initiative. The 14 ‘Degree of Difficulty’ measures link to the Onemind Outcome surveys, providing an evidence base to justify the importance of improving programme and project management. Responses from 10 to 12 observers enables analysis of differences between corporate, initiative or customers, across types of project, project phase, project spend, size of organisation, industry sectors, and continent. |
