Facilitating the Onemind Review Feedback Workshop

 

 

In combination with other Onemind courses, attending the one-day workshop enables the participant to be able to facilitate a Onemind Review Feedback workshop. Participants will be able to explain the Onemind Maturity Model, and contrast it with P3M3^® and CMMI^®. They will be able to introduce the Onemind Review report and answers questions on the management maturity. They will understand the workshop plan and materials, and will practice facilitating the Onemind Review Feedback Workshop.
